Drill related knowledge introduction
There are many types of drilling RIGS in our factory according to the different depth of drilling, simplicity and convenience.
For example, truck-type well drilling rig, YK series drilling rig, 600 meter drilling rig, 400 meter drilling rig and so on.
I. On-board drilling rig maintenance:
1. Develop maintenance periodic table, determine maintenance content and implementation standards.
2. Reasonable arrangement of construction personnel and good maintenance workload estimation.
3. Develop equipment maintenance standardization guide book.
4. Improve equipment maintenance records. a. Regularly clean the equipment, ensure a good operating environment for the chartered equipment, and timely deal with various problems and hidden dangers; b. Check fastening bolts regularly to prevent loosening and tighten them in time; C. Reasonable allocation of construction personnel, each performing their own duties, and close cooperation; d. Ensure that construction personnel are on duty with certificates, operate correctly and inspect regularly
Ii. Failure maintenance of CYT series drilling rig:
1. Maintenance by professional and technical personnel;
2. Professional maintenance tools for construction and reasonable maintenance methods;
3. Improve work efficiency while ensuring maintenance quality.
