Introducing the YK-1600 Full Hydraulic Drilling Rig: Precision Meets Power
YKDrill proudly unveils the YK-1600 full hydraulic drilling rig, a next-generation solution engineered for deep core drilling and challenging geological formations. Combining high torque, long feed travel, and superior hydraulic efficiency, this model is built to deliver stable, precise, and safe drilling operations under all conditions.
The YK-1600 supports core drilling depths of up to 1800 meters (BTW), 1600 meters (NTW), and 1200 meters (HTW) — making it ideal for deep mineral exploration and geotechnical investigations.
Its power head is equipped with a two-speed variable box, delivering a maximum torque of 3500 N·m and up to 1500 rpm, supported by a 3.5-meter feed stroke. These specs ensure high-speed penetration and reliable core recovery even in fractured rock layers.
Driven by a Weichai 147kW six-cylinder engine, and supported by a Ward 150 plunger motor with dual-circuit hydraulic pressure of 32MPa and 16MPa, the YK-1600 provides optimal power distribution and long-term performance stability.
The rig features both secondary air cooling and water cooling, ensuring reliable operations in extreme temperatures.
