Pneumatic Drilling Rock Drilling Operation ProceduresI. Preparations before operation:1. When entering the working face, knocking and top-asking work should be carried out. Dangerous rocks and hanging gangue should be handled in time. Temporary support should be provided when it is difficult to handle. Drill holes under complete support and safe conditions.2. Before drilling, the drilling tools used should be prepared, such as pneumatic drill, drill rod, drill bit, etc. The drill rod should be straight, the water needle should be straight, and it should be intact and intact. The drill bit should be sharp.3. The compressed air pipe and water supply pipe must be delivered to the vicinity of the excavation working face to ensure that the compressed air and water valves are flexible to open and close, and easy to use, normal and safe.4. Before drilling, the eye position must be determined according to the blasthole layout diagram on the working face based on the center and waist lines.II. Operation steps:1. When determining the eye, the pneumatic drill operator and the drill leader should cooperate with each other. The air drill operator stands on the back side of the air drill, holding the handle and adjusting the drill frame (air leg) to an appropriate height; the drill support personnel should stand on one side, away from the sight of the air drill operator, hold the drill rod and place the drill head on the eye socket dug out with a pickaxe. When working, the cuffs of the work clothes should be tied tightly to prevent being rolled by the drill rod and causing sprains.2. When drilling, the air drill control valve should be opened to the light operation position. After the eye position is stable and drilled 20~30mm, the control valve handle should be turned to the operation position and drilled until the drill bit is not easy to leave the eye mouth and then drill at full speed.3. When drilling normally, the air drill operator holds the handle of the air drill with one hand and adjusts the control valve and the height of the drill frame with the other hand according to the drilling situation. It is forbidden to stand in front of the air drill and under the drill rod.4. When drilling, water should be supplied first and air should be supplied later; during the drilling process, the water supply should not be too large or too small, but should be uniform and appropriate; after drilling or replacing the drill rod, the air should be turned off first and the water should be turned off later.5. When the pneumatic drill operator is holding the drill, he should avoid the direction of the hole, stand on the side of the pneumatic drill, stagger his legs forward and backward, and keep his feet firmly on the ground. It is forbidden to step on the air or ride on the air legs when drilling, so as to prevent the pneumatic drill from falling and injuring people when the drill rod breaks.6. When drilling, the pneumatic drill, drill rod and drilling direction should be consistent, the thrust should be uniform and appropriate, and the drilling rack should be raised and lowered steadily to prevent the drill rod from breaking, clamping or losing the drill bit.
