YKDrill announced the launch of its newly upgraded line of high-wear-resistance Button Bits, designed for complex rock formations and long-distance drilling operations. The new series features optimized tungsten carbide buttons, advanced heat-treatment technology, and improved energy transmission, offering higher penetration rates and longer service life.
According to YKDrill’s technical department, the new Button Bits are built with precision-machined alloy steel and enhanced structural design for both DTH drilling and top hammer drilling. Whether used in mining, quarrying, tunneling, or construction projects, the bits deliver stable performance and exceptional impact resistance.
Market analysts note that the demand for high-strength DTH Button Bits has grown rapidly in Southeast Asia, driven by infrastructure and mining expansion. YKDrill’s upgrade positions the company as a competitive global supplier capable of providing reliable drilling tools for challenging work environments.
The new line includes Tapered Button Bits (7°, 11°, 12°), Thread Button Bits (T38, T45, T51), and DTH Button Bits ranging from 3 to 6 inches. Each model shows significant improvements in wear resistance and drilling speed.
YKDrill confirms that the products are now available globally and can be customized for different geological conditions.
