With a total weight of 5.5 tons, the YK200 water well drilling rig delivers a drilling depth of up to 200 meters and supports borehole diameters from 140 mm to 254 mm. Compatible with drill pipes of Φ76 mm and Φ89 mm in lengths of 1.5 m, 2.0 m, and 3.0 m, it offers flexibility for various drilling requirements, whether in rural irrigation, urban water supply, or industrial projects.
Powered by Quanchai 76 kW or Yunnei 65 kW engines, this crawler type DTH drilling rig provides a lifting force of 13 tons and a swing torque of 3400–4700 N·m. The machine’s one-time advance length of 3.6 m, penetration efficiency of 10–35 m/h, and fast feeding speed of 60 m/min enable quick and stable drilling, improving productivity and reducing costs.
Designed for challenging work sites, the YK200 can climb slopes up to 30° and travel at 2.5 km/h. It operates with an air pressure range of 1.7–2.5 MPa and air consumption of 17–31 m³/min, making it compatible with medium and high air pressure DTH hammers.
