[China, 2025] – YKDRILL, a leading manufacturer of drilling equipment, has unveiled its new XYC-200YY Truck-Mounted Hydraulic Core Drilling Rig, designed to deliver efficiency, safety, and flexibility for geological exploration, construction, and water well drilling projects. With its compact layout, powerful mud pump, and hydraulic-operated mast, the XYC-200YY represents a new generation of multipurpose drilling technology.
The XYC-200YY adopts a light truck chassis, integrating the transmission system, winch, mud pump, and other key components. The compact structure and rational layout ensure easy operation, mobility, and quick site setup. Despite its portable size, the rig is capable of drilling to a depth of 200 meters with a borehole diameter ranging from 75mm to 300mm.
The drilling rig is fitted with a BW-160 mud pump, which delivers a maximum flow of 160 L/min and a rated pressure of 1.3 MPa. This ensures sufficient circulation, guarantees drilling depth, and maintains borehole stability. The pump is also user-friendly and easy to maintain, reducing downtime during long-term operations.
The XYC-200YY is equipped with a hydraulic-operated telescopic mast, enabling safe lifting and lowering of the drill tower. This design not only improves safety but also saves time and labor during operations. In addition, the rig is self-propelled and can move forward or backward at the wellhead, making operations more efficient and convenient.
Powered by a ZS1115 diesel engine (14.7 kW / 2200 rpm), the XYC-200YY ensures stable performance for continuous drilling tasks. The rig is also fitted with an electric start system, which simplifies operation and increases overall efficiency. Hydraulic outriggers provide quick leveling and improved stability, ensuring safe and reliable drilling under various conditions.
