As demand for efficient and durable drilling tools continues to rise, YKDrill has unveiled its latest generation of tapered button bits, designed to deliver higher drilling efficiency and reduced operating costs for global contractors.
Manufactured from high-grade alloy steel and tungsten carbide inserts, the new YKDrill button bits undergo precision heat treatment and CNC machining to achieve maximum hardness and wear resistance. This ensures faster penetration in both medium and hard rock formations.
The improved button layout and optimized carbide geometry provide excellent energy transfer and prevent premature wear or button loss. In field tests conducted across the Philippines and Indonesia, YKDrill’s new tapered bits achieved up to 20% faster drilling speeds compared with conventional designs.
