1. Installation of the unit:

2. Lead the air and water (when water and dust removal is required) pipelines, lighting lines, etc. to the vicinity of the working point for use.
3. According to the requirements of hole position design, ensure the reliable positioning of the drilling rig.
2. Inspection before operation:
1. When starting to work, carefully check whether the pipelines of air and water (when water and dust removal are required) are firmly connected, especially the connections between the air and water pipe joints and the air and water pipes must be firm to prevent tripping and hurting people. All joints are not allowed There are air and water leaks.
2. Check whether the lubricator has been filled with oil (it should not be too full).
3. Check whether the screws, nuts and joints of each part have been tightened, and whether the various positions are firm and reliable.
3. Drilling procedure and rod unloading method:
1. When opening a hole, first drill with a small impact energy, propulsion force and low speed to facilitate the positioning of the drill bit. (When dust removal is required, give an appropriate amount of water to reduce dust) when the drill bit drills about 10 cm , and then impact with the full damper, and appropriately increase the propulsion and speed, (keep the gas-water mixture in an appropriate ratio when dust removal is required), carry out normal rock drilling work, and stop the wind motor after drilling a drill pipe. Supply air and water to the impactor, insert the fork into the drill pipe groove of the drill holder, reverse the wind motor, retreat the slide plate, disengage the joint from the drill pipe, and then connect the second drill pipe for drilling, so that the continuous work .
2. Rod unloading method: The unloading of the drill pipe is semi-automatic, and it is realized by the cooperation of the rod unloader, the drill holder, the two forks and the reversal of the wind motor. When unloading the rod, move the rotary machine backwards. When the second groove of the drill pipe (the groove at the middle of the drill pipe at the male end of the drill pipe) is facing the square frame of the drill holder, use a fork to insert the second groove firmly, and then reverse Motor, when the square frame of the rod unloader is in line with the first slot of the drill pipe (the slot where the male end of the drill pipe is close to the end of the drill pipe), use the second fork to insert it firmly, and take out the first fork (the square of the drill pipe the fork in the frame), operate the propulsion cylinder to make the rod unloader drive the drill rod to move backward, when the second groove of the second drill rod is aligned with the groove of the holder, reverse the motor, and when the screw After the buckle is released, the first drill pipe is removed, and each drill pipe is unloaded in turn.
Fourth, the operation should pay attention to:
1. Pay attention to check the connection of screws, nuts and joints in each part of the air and water (when dust is removed with water) at any time, and the fastening of the frame and the main engine.
2. Pay attention to observe the working condition of the lubricator at any time, and check the lubrication condition of the wind motor and impactor.
3. Regularly clean the impactor and wind motor with gasoline or diesel oil, and observe the damage of the motor blades.
4. Reverse rotation is not allowed during drilling to avoid tripping of the drill pipe.
5. When the machine stops working in a short period of time, a small amount of compressed air should be given to prevent the sediment from soaking into the impactor. If the machine stops working for a long time, the impactor should be lifted 1-2 meters away from the bottom of the hole. Fix it again.
6. Pay attention to whether the sound of the impactor and the operation of the machine are normal during work. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
7. When adding a new drill pipe, special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the inside of the drill pipe to avoid sand mixing into the impactor to damage the machine parts or cause shutdown accidents. (Usually use compressed air to blow and wash several times).
8. When there is water on the working surface, use a large-diameter drill bit to open the hole, and then insert the casing, and make the casing protrude 100-200 mm long from the ground to prevent rock slag mud from entering the hole.
5. Machine maintenance and lubrication:
1. At the end of each work shift, the dirt on the surface of the machine must be cleaned.
2. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble and dismantle the work surface (except for the case where it is disassembled into components for easy handling), so as not to lose the other parts and damage the key parts of the other parts.
3. Regularly add oil to the lubricator to ensure that the control valve, air motor and impactor are well lubricated.
4. The reduction box is lubricated with calcium-based grease and oil, and the lubricant is added regularly. The lubricant should occupy 1/3-2/3 of the space in the box to ensure the lubrication of the reduction box.
5. Due to the relative movement between the sliding plate and the sliding frame in the propulsion joint, the sliding frame, the pressing plate and the sliding plate are worn. In case of slight wear, the adjustment pad under the pressing plate can be removed. When the wearing is heavy, the pressing plate, sliding plate or sliding frame can be replaced. ,
