1. Broken drill pipe:
1. Most of the drill pipe fractures are due to the friction between the drill pipe and the hole wall, which reduces the wall thickness of the drill pipe and weakens the strength too much, causing the drill pipe to break.
2. Preventive treatment: Pay attention to inspection when adding drill pipes, and stop using excessively worn drill pipes.
2. The impactor does not sound:
1. The following four situations are common: (1) The valve plate is broken; (2) The tail of the drill bit is broken and the debris enters the cylinder to block the hammer body; (3) The vent hole is blocked by rock powder; (4) When chiseling downward, there will be more water in the hole and greater exhaust resistance, making it difficult for the impactor to start.
2. Treatment method: When the impactor is found not to sound, first check according to the above four reasons; the inspection method is to lift the impactor for a section, reduce the exhaust resistance, spray a part of the water, and then slowly push it to the bottom of the hole. If this method does not work, it is likely to belong to the first three reasons, and the impactor needs to be removed and cleaned or replaced.
3. Drill sticking:
1. In addition to the complex formation that can cause the machine to get stuck during normal drilling, there are the following reasons: ①. The drill bit is broken; ②. The diameter of the newly replaced drill bit is larger than the original one; ③. The machine is displaced during rock drilling Cause the drilling tool to deviate in the hole; ④. During rock drilling, stones fall from the hole wall or hole or encounter large cracks or caves; ⑥. Negligence in operation, when the drill was stopped for a long time, the rock powder was not blown off, and the drilling tool was not lifted, so that the impactor was buried by the rock powder.
2. Treatment method: As far as the current strength of the drill bit is concerned, broken wings have been basically eliminated. In case of special circumstances, the rock powder at the bottom of the hole can be blown off first, and then a piece of seamless pipe with a diameter similar to the hole diameter can be used to fill it. Fill it with butter or asphalt, connect it with the drill pipe and send it to the bottom of the hole, and take out the broken wing at the bottom of the hole. When encountering the last five situations of drill sticking, the more serious situation is that the drill tool cannot be lifted or put down. The air motor does not rotate, and the impactor does not sound. At this time, the drilling tool can only be lifted by external torque or auxiliary tools to make the drilling tool rotate, and then the drilling tool must be lifted while supplying air until the fault is eliminated. When re-drilling the rock, first apply a little pressure, and then gradually increase to
Normal working pressure.
4. Bit fragments, falling corners, and stripping:
1. When the drill pipe jumps, it may be the exchange of rock formation changes or falling into stone blocks or alloy sheets. Judging from the appearance, if the alloy sheet is dropped, it is almost impossible to drill, and the drill pipe beats more rhyth mically.
2. When it is confirmed that the alloy flakes have fallen off, the alloy block can be blown out by lifting the drill tool and blowing out the alloy block with a strong blowing method. When the alloy is squeezed into the hole walls of these places, it is not necessary to take it out and replace it with a new drill bit to continue drilling.
5. Precautions for using the wind motor:
1. Before the motor is connected to the rubber hose, the rubber hose should be cleaned carefully. You can open the air valve of the pipeline for a few seconds, and blow off the rubber hose with compressed air before connecting.
2. The connection between the motor and the rubber hose must be firm.
3. Before operation, it must be ensured that the lubricator has lubricating oil and the lubricating oil path is unblocked. It is not allowed to work without lubricating oil.
4. When it is found that the motor is not running normally, it should stop working immediately and carry out maintenance. It is forbidden to dismantle the working surface.
